Job Description

We are looking for 2 Junior/Fresher Developers to join our dynamic team at Blueline Solutions (BLS) in Vinh City. This is an excellent opportunity for developers with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and work on international software projects. We welcome candidates from any programming language background (Java, C#, C++, PHP, Python, Node.js, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications under senior guidance
  • Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
  • Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback
  • Collaborate with team members on project tasks
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies as required by projects
  • Document code and technical specifications
  • Report progress and issues to team leads

Requirements

  • Graduate in Information Technology or reputable short-term programming courses
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in software projects (any language stack: Java, C#, C++, PHP, Python, Node.js, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of core programming concepts and data structures
  • Open-minded, strong self-learning ability, ready to learn new languages/technologies as required
  • Hardworking, able to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility for deadlines
  • Bonus: Experience with personal projects or practical knowledge in applying AI technology to software
