Job Description

Join our team as a Tester, responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by analyzing requirements, building test scenarios, and executing tests to detect bugs before the product is delivered to the customer.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and specifications to design appropriate test cases
Execute manual testing, log and track defects
Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and verify fixes
Report test results and ensure product quality before release
Suggest improvements to testing processes and overall software quality

Requirements

Experience as a Tester / QA (Manual testing required, Automation is a plus)
Understanding of software testing processes and SDLC/STLC
Ability to create test cases, test plans, and test reports
Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Redmine, Bugzilla
Strong logical thinking with high attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
