Job Description

We are seeking 3 Senior/Middle Developers to join Blueline Solutions (BLS) in Vinh City. This role is ideal for experienced developers with 3-5 years of hands-on experience who can lead projects, mentor junior team members, and tackle complex system challenges. We welcome candidates from any programming language background (Java, C#, C++, PHP, Python, Node.js, etc.) with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems
Lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions
Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members
Mentor and guide junior developers in their growth
Optimize system performance and database queries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Document technical designs and best practices

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience in software projects (any language stack: Java, C#, C++, PHP, Python, Node.js, etc.)
Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) or advanced programming paradigms
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Experience in database design and system performance optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
Excellent logical thinking and experience handling complex data processing or system problems
Ability to review code and mentor junior team members
Bonus: Experience in AI-related software development (LLMs integration, OpenAI API, Computer Vision, NLP, or AI/ML libraries)
